a way to display [count] and [score] in my own template?

Hello! Great plugin, I absolutely love it. I’m just struggling a bit with how to display the [count] and [score] values in my own rich snippet since I have already one set up (in my theme functions.php) and I just need to add the AggregateRating in my schema. I was wondering if there’s a relatively easy way to achieve this?
