A very pleasant surprise

I have had such trouble recently with companies offering bad support with over complicated and overpriced products that it was a very pleasant surprise to find that after offering a suggestion to the video embed producers that suggestion was implemented before I had finished my cup of tea and without the need to update. A very professional company and thats’ coming from someone who is hard to please.

To those people who gave one star I suggest you contact a company before writing them off.

And if anyone thinks I work for this company read my profile and you will see nothing is further from the truth.
