A Terrible Three-Year Experience

First of all, I want to say that when you contact the support team, the developers ask you to leave a positive review about them—otherwise, they refuse to provide consultation on their free plugin.
Secondly, I had previously left a negative review, after which the support team personally messaged me and asked me to delete it.
As for the plugin itself: I’ve been using it since summer 2023, and all the bugs that existed back then are still present in 2025.
The biggest issue is that the support team keeps making empty promises, saying they’ll fix everything and that they’ve forwarded the information to the development team, but the problems remain unresolved for years.
The plugin simply does not function properly:
No compatibility with SEO plugins and X-Cart.
Elementor widgets don’t work.
The listings carousel doesn’t work either.
Paid listings don’t work!! I purchased premium add-ons for the plugin, but none of them work!! All the bugs from three years ago are still there, even though they keep releasing updates.
No option to customize the design yourself.
No optimization for loading speed—the plugin slows down the site.
All widgets, such as the search bar and business hours, only work (and poorly) on desktop—they don’t work on mobile at all.
I could go on listing the issues, but the main problem is that they never get fixed.
