    This is where a plug-in called BetterDocs comes to our rescue. The name sounds very simple and deceptive. But this is an excellent plug-in that is a holistic knowledge management solution.

    This plug-in is simple yet comprehensive. It offers a solution for categorizing, organizing, displaying, and querying your information in a sophisticated way.

    Cool feature

    Do you want to have a micro Google in your office?
    
    You can create a simple FAQ, turn on the AI feature. You can let your users type questions like the way they do on google. AI engine retrieves all relevant topics.
    
    I am working on integrating with a voice search plug-in and have Alexa, Ok Google, answer all questions. 
    
    How cool is that!

    Who needs this plug-in or knowledge management solution?

    This is a must-have plug-in for bloggers, companies offering technical support, and organizations with multiple training requirements—those looking for productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

    If you have more than two blogs, two documents, and 2 SOPs, 2 FAQs, you will begin to realize the value of this plug-in.

    Who does not need this plug in?

    This plug-in is useless for the following people:

    Those who think they can hoard knowledge.
    Those who think they are immortals and can control the knowledge
    Those who want to be disorganized
    The optimistic souls who think people won’t quit, die, systems won’t crash, and so on
    Those who don’t value knowledge
    Those who don’t want to save costs on support`

    What are the alternatives?

    Well, I evaluated over 5 plug-ins and settled for this. I am happy I did.

    To Sum up

    Overall, a valuable and a must have plug-in.
