A sub-page (Dunna what its called exactly)

I am hosting wordpress outside wordpress.org and I am using a woo theme. The problem is that with the post on the left hand side appears the author’s name. When it is clicked it should take you to the author page.

. And the link for the author is

No I know how to add a new page and to take it till /author but I do not know how to put that
