A slider navbar plugin?

    Hello – does anyone know of a navigation bar slider plugin, that could replace (or just be in addition to) the regular text navbar that is standard?
    I love the slider in Minimatica – I realize it is the theme itself; but would love to find a slider navigation bar just like that. But really, any slider navbar that I could plug into my site would be awesome.
    I know other themes have this function; but I’m using the Vintage Camera theme, which I like and would rather not switch from.
    I realize I’m already asking a lot… but an easy plugin with minimal / no CSS required would help.
