# A shortcode issue

 * Hello,
 * I use [wp_support_plus] shortcode at my account page.
    So, it is supposed to 
   show only when I logged-in status, not as guest. Because It is a registration
   page if not logged-in status at the account page.

 * Please goto Support Plus -> Settings -> Guest Tickets and check guest ticket 
   setting.

 * I use guest ticket at the customer page.
    But this shortcode I use at the account
   page, so it is supposed to have an option for enable/disable for guest ticket
   with this shortcode.
