Hi TIA,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us, sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your Facebook shop/feed.
Can you send us the feed URL you created for your Facebook catalogue so we can have a look at your feed? Also, please send us the plugin debug.log so we can see how you have configured your product feed.
Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here:

Hi,
The Facebook feed URL you pasted is a returning a 404 error page so that feed does not seem to exist? Perhaps that is the problem Facebook is also experiencing?
According to your debug.log you do have a Facebook feed configured, however it has a different URL. This one: https://aliscreationz.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/lIvhMaDzjTH16NZu8b9Znz9yHyenzoI9.xml
That feed does look fine though.

Hi,
I have uploaded your feed into our test Facebook catalogue. It shows no errors whatsoever, see: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ndu3was4sulj3r6/FB-no-errors.png?dl=0
So as far as I can tell your feed is fine?

That’s annoying. Still getting the same error.
Are you sure you are uploading the correct feed into your Facebook catalogue? Can you share some screenshots of how you configured the upload into your Facebook catalogue settings and the error messages you are seeing of the disapproved products?

Now I am confused 🙂 You are not using the product feed you created to fill up your catalogue but a Facebook pixel. Our plugin creates product feeds for that which you need to use as laid out in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/setting-first-facebook-catalog-instagram-product-feed/
Please follow the above tutorial, specifically as of paragraph 7 to fill up your Facebook catalogue.

not sure how to add Brand
WooCommerce does not have a brand field/attribute out of the box so you would either have to create such an attribute yourselves, fill that attribute on your product edit pages and map the newly created brand attribute to Facebook’s g:brand field. This is how you create a new (brand) attribute in WooCommerce: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/
Alternatively when all your products have the same brand you can add a so-called static value to your field mapping so all your products have the same brand at once. See this brand example: https://adtribes.io/how-to-use-static-values-and-create-fake-content-for-your-product-feed/
