    This is notably good plugin:
    – almost every option you could think of is already implemented: control over what gets indexed, handling of shortcodes, stop words, types of query etc etc
    – clear source code with comments and filters available for customizing behaviour
    – supported, with questions answered quickly even for the free product version on wordpress.org
