    Hi, We switched to WooCommerce PayPal Payments as WooCommerce recommended (or forced), now we met an issue that a refund has been done twice each time.

    The actual refund by Paypal has been done just once though (as the request must have been twice) the action sends the email notification twice and displays the report twice on the WooCommerce order page.

    Could you please fix this issue?

  • Hi @spinnaker2020 – based on your description of the issue, it may be best to actually get you in touch with the support team for the ‘PayPal Payments’ plugin (since they may have seen this issue prior to now). You can contact them at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page, then select ‘PayPal Payments’ as the plugin to ensure your ticket is routed to the correct team.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so they can keep track of what’s already been done.
