# A quick question about plugin development

 * Hi there,
 * I’ve written a basic function which works well in each of my blogs. I’d just 
   like to **know how easy it would be to write a plugin which add’s this code (
   6 or 7 lines) into the themes’ functions.php file**.
 * Any advice would be greatly appreciated, eager to write my first plugin 🙂
