# A promising theme

 * 6 years ago I use another theme, but to meet the new demand of search algorithms,
   I had to look for new alternatives focusing on performance. Astra Theme is by
   far the fastest theme on the market for richer visuals, but I see some flaws 
   in its customization structure. Some customizations conflict with others. The
   WordPress customizer is very functional for themes with few options. For more
   complete themes like this, the production gets tumultuous. I believe the company
   should consider having its own customizing panel.

 * Themes hosted on WordPress.org are required to use WordPress customizer and use
   any other options panel is not allowed.
 * Can you describe what troubles you are facing, if this is something we can fix
   we will do so in an update?
 * Since using a different options panel is not something we can do here, do you
   think you can update the rating?
