a problem with restoring the database through PHPMYADMIN

    when i try to restore the sql backup file through phpmyadmin i encounter this error
    You probably tried to upload too large file. Please refer to documentation for ways to workaround this limit.
    altough it’s mentioned just beside the button that the (Max: 50MiB) . meaning i did not exceed the maximun yet ( my file is just 3.1 MO ) .
    i get an error of the same kind when trying to upload the XML file through the import tool altough the maximum size is 20 M0 ( my file is just 400 Kb) .
    what do you think?
