I have a problem with the section of adding a delivery area in the Hebrew language

I added a shipping area called Israel
But it does not appear to me in the Hebrew language but only in English

    Hello @cinnyris,

I understand the new shipping region is only rendering in English. There are many factors that can cause this. For example, I can see you have limited the region to certain postal codes, so perhaps you tried shipping to a non-supported zip code.

Can you please attach the following so we can try replicating the issue?

    • The list of restricted postal codes, you can copy past it to Gist.
    • A screenshot of your Shipping Settings, Shipping Zones, and that specific new shipping zone. You can use Snipboard to upload them all.
    • A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    and getpakage in 25 nis

    when its Over NIS 250

we need that apper 2 option in free shipping

If I understand this correctly, you want the current setup:

    • If cart total is more than 250 → show free shipping only.
    • If less → only offer “get package” (Local pickup)

I’m afraid this is not possible as shipping settings in WooCommerce lack conditional logic by default. You can have free shipping shown only for a minimum amount spent but that won’t be the case for flat rate and Local Pickup shipping methods, they will render regardless.

To solve this issue I recommend you check our Conditional Shipping and Payments extension.

I should note that all extensions sold on WooCommerce.com have a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work the way you need it or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to provide a full refund.

    Hope this helps!
