# A problem in email

 * Hi dears,
 * Thanks for this great plugin. I’m facing a new problem: when anybody tries to
   subscribe to the newsletter, the following error appears: “An error ocurred while
   sending e-mail confirmation”.
    Knowing that the email settings are set correctly
   and working fine on the system. Only when using the newsletter, it doesn’t work..
   What could the problem be?

 * Have you configured Knews submissions through wp_mail() or SMTP?

 * So sorry, it was a problem in the SMTP host I’m using… It’s working now.
