# A problem after the update!

 * Hello,
 * I am getting a weird error after updating the plugin. I am not sure what is going
   and I am not that good with techy stuff. The problem is after I click on add 
   new post, I see a white page with this message in it ” There has been a critical
   error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
 * If anyone can help with this step by step, I will be so happy and thankful.

 * I just did an update to 3.57 and I’m having lots of problems throughout my site.
   This is the error message that I get (even when I’m not playing with any PopUps):

 * I’m having this problem too. Don’t have time to read through threads and constantly
   having to do these error fixes. Hopefully, the developer replies and posts a 
   fix soon.

    Indeed there was a glitch 
   in the new update.
 * Now everything is solved and you can freely update to the last 3.58 version.
   
   With the new version all the errors and bugs had been fixed by our developers.
