This is an extremely powerful form creation plugin, offering a high level of customisation.

In addition to expected fields such as dropdown boxes, checkboxes, text fields, and radio groups, it offers calculation fields. This, along with the ability to hide certain fields based on conditional logic, allows for some really dynamic forms. For instance, I have been able to crate a food event preorder form, with the price updating in realtime, based on the items and quantities selected.

The support team is responsive, and is willing to offer advice or explanations regarding a particular function of the plugin.
