I understood what I set wrong:

«If left blank, all times for that day are allowed for auto post checks.»

    My mistake, then.

But what if I would like to exclude those days, i.e. SAT and SUN?

    Thank you.

I saw a past answer when you can set «0» in those days you wish to exclude. Is that still valid? Thank you.

Yes 0 should still be valid.

Also, your allowed time range 0700-0710 is ten minutes, so I would set APS to check the rules every 5 minutes instead of 12 hours to ensure that window is always hit.

Ok. Wouldn’t that overcharge the server?

    Thank you.

No. WordPress wp-cron is generally checked on each page load.

If you set APS to be checked every 5 minutes, then after 5+ minutes, wp-cron will call APS so then APS will check the rules for a post.
