@trsupsys this is a blatant lie. I am still waiting for support from an issue 18 months ago that you said you were passing onto the developers and it still isn’t resolved – despite generating ANOTHER ticket for it.
If you don’t want to offer support just tell us and be honest about it so we can go for another plugin

@trsupsys try this number 39113 and I will explain my issue here as well:
– I purchased a pro version of easy google maps from email kevin’s email address
– added the pro code
– made a map with id=3 and customized it
– the map showed a shortcode with id=3
– I used the shortcode in elementor and also in a regular new page in wordpress
– when I publish and preview the page its hows plank space in the map section
– first I doubted that shortcodes are not showing in word press so I tried many plugins with shortcodes some of them are about google maps too they all worked well with their shortcodes except for your plugin
– I made many support requests from the supsystic.com after reading the plugin documentation
– also changed the wordpress memory to 512
We answered you on this ticket on November 11th.

After which you did not give an answer. As far as I can judge now, you do not have the Free version installed, but only the PRO.
Anyway – only the Free version of the plugin is discussed here.

@trsupsys the free version is also installed as the pro version doesn’t work alone where can we discuss the pro version any threads or email address for feedback?
