A plugin that will show places people reccommend…

So I have a website devoted to chicken wings. I’m wondering if there is a way to have a page or some kind of form that people can go on and suggest places to visit or just places they like.

I’m having a hard time visualizing exactly how it would be laid out or work.

Please let me know if there are any options for something like this.

The only thing I can think of would be to have a Post and ask people to comment on that post. But they would have to search for that post all the time.
