    One of the most frequent problems with this plugin (free version) is that it often does not recognize the students’ data and does not let you reset their passwords.
    And lately it is giving problems and the videos do not load or play… The screen just stays black even if you have a good connection.

    With all these problems it leaves you wondering whether or not to purchase the pro version.

    I am so sorry to hear that you’re facing difficulties with our plugin. I can ensure that we don’t have any issues with student data and password reset. There may have several reasons that caused the issue, and it is tough to solve this type of problem without checking it manually.

    Regarding the video loading issue, yes, we have identified some problems with the video player. We have already fixed the issues, and we will release the new version as soon as possible, but we can manually provide a solution for now if you want.
