a plugin that disables parent menu

    I want to disable the parent page link menu in the menu. This seems to be such a common need that i am surprised it is not a readily available plugin or a customizable feature in better themes.

    I found one plugin that claims to do this – but it has zero instructions for use, so it is useless.

    Any suggestions, please on how to do this? Or maybe someone knows of a plugin?
