A plugin for tracking feature requests(like the ideas page)

What I want to do is have a page like this one:
http://wordpress.org/extend/ideas/

Of course, the common words I would use to describe such a tool when searching for it are, well, common… “ideas”, “feature” “tracker”, etc. So I don’t get anything useful back 🙁

Can anyone point me to a tool that does this?
