[Resolved] A persistent error

  • A persistent error returns despite reinstalling the plugin :

“Les détails pour votre évènement sont incorrects, et ne peuvent être publiées, veuillez corriger les erreurs suivantes :
Quelque chose s’est mal passé lors de la sauvegarde de votre évènement dans la table d’index. Veuillez en informer l’administrateur du site.”

can you try to re-post it in English? also, have you tried to temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

I understand the error msg. The problem is you have a table that’s probably not been installed properly on EM. You can probably get more info on this if you check your php logs or turn on WP_DEBUG – http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

to force a re-install, you could try going to yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php, look for dbem_version and set it to something slightly lower e.g. change it to 5.2 if you’re on the latest version atm. It’ll then try to reinstall/update tables.

if that still doesn’t work then you need to chec your logs to find out what went wrong during installation.
