Support » Plugin: News & Blog Designer Pack - WordPress Blog Plugin » A menu appeared on all of my pages?

Hello! Something bizarre happened when I started using this plugin. On all pages of my website, at the bottom appeared a menu. It is one of the additional menus that I use in my footer. How to get rid of it? I want it to sit where it should be (in the footer) and not appear anywhere else.

    Hi @taralezh

Plugin is quite simple and created with shortcodes and widgets. You just need to add your desired shortcode in any page or post to display the output.

There is no functionality like menu and etc.

Can you please provide me your web page URL on which you had setup the plugin? so I can take a look and try to understand the scenario.

https://iot4green.com/ here it is. On page down-left, there is a green menu that is not supposed to be there. And it appears on all my pages.

    Hi @taralezh

Thanks for the web page link. It looks like that it is under maintenance and I can not see it.

Can you please make it available? so I can take a look.

Yeah… Sorry about that. I thought I’ve turned it off…

    Hi @taralezh

    Please refer below screenshot https://prnt.sc/syh85g

Are you talking about this menu?

If above is the case then it is not coming by “Blog Designer Pack” plugin.

    Hi @taralezh

    Any update on this please?

(Yes this is the menu I was talking about.) Well… I am still struggling. When I remove the plugin the menu disappears as well. If I have the plugin but I also have a specific blog page selected the menu disappears on that page and remains on the others. If it is not from the plugin itself then there is something going on with the combination of plugins I use or the theme… Maybe it is not compatible with some of them?

    Hi @taralezh

It is very strange. I have checked your web page https://iot4green.com/ and on this page the plugin shortcode is not there.

So I am very curious that what is the relation of plugin functionality and menu? Both are independent area.

Can you please deactivate “News & Blog Designer Pack” plugin? so I can take a look at the page again.

Also please let me know which theme are you using?

I deactivated it. As for the theme… I don’t know which one is it since I’m not the one who installed it. Envato something? It doesn’t say.

It seems that if I have a site-map menu chosen it shows it and if there is no site-map menu it shows all my published pages.

    Hi @taralezh

    Thanks for your response.

OK So It is coming from your theme not from “News & Blog Designer Pack” plugin. I don’t know how your theme is coded.

You can ask to your theme author about this. They will help you in this.
