A media (flash video) database plugin (similiar to YouTube)

Hey guys!

I was wondering if anyone knew a Plugin where you type in title, description, Flash Video Url and it gets posted as a page?

The closest I can find is http://dev.vlowe.co.uk/?page_id=10
But the description is directly from youtube itself, instead of writing it yourself. I was hoping for everything to be within the website, where users of my wordpress can vote/comment opposed to going externally to youtube.

Like create my personal youtube, but it’s specifically based on just showing the video’s that i provide.

I was wondering if it could also list featured videos/most recent/or/random videos? Like http://hilarymedia.net/ at the header?
