I’ve noticed that when I activate the theme there is a lot of spam mails. maybe check the security set up?

Any theme downloaded from the WordPress.org repository, including Spun, goes through a review process, which includes checks for security and spam. It’s very unlikely the theme is the cause, or I’d have heard about it by now.

I’d take steps to harden your WordPress installation, and install a spam filter of some kind:

@gspiliog: That sounds like you’ve been hacked. The theme is not the culprit. What is your site url?

I cannot find any malware on your site but I think you should proceed as if the site has been compromised. You should start working your way through these resources:

Anything less will probably result in the hacker walking straight back into your site again.
