A little modification

I use the plugin almost in all of my sites and it’s work great! Just i want to do some to can work more fast and easy with the plugin. I work mostley with youtube videos and the url where i want to grab a image is almost the same. Something like this:
http://img.youtube.com/vi/OYEDmb33Ncc/0.jpg
Please, can you tell me, how to that i want to add only youtube id in the box, not all url:
And when i put the ID of the youtube video automatically to do this:
when i put in the plugin text box <only change this one ID>
http://img.youtube.com/vi/<only change this one ID>/0.jpg
