A little help linking forum to WP – "Follow on our forum"

    Hey fellow WP users… I admit I need a bit of assistance here. I’ve got WP running just fine but I want to link a forum similar to how http://www.canonrumors.com does it. Is there a plugin for this? They have a “follow on our forum” link and I believe it auto creates a thread when a wp post is created. I really would like to use xenforo.com forum for this if possible.
