A little bit bloated

Using the plugin for a Tabs Block – in my opinion it’s v ery bloated and a downside is, that you can only insert simple text – the option to insert blocks would be very fine.
When I switch to the HTML view to insert e. g. a table, I can’t switch back to the original view.
So I look for another plugin that fits my needs better.
Another downside for me: I want to change the CSS for a lot of blocks in many posts, I have to do it seperately in every block, a central option to change it would be fine. And there are many !important rules and not easy to overwrite.
