 * Hey all,
 * I’m making a website where certain blocks needs to be positioned properly.
    Now,
   the blocks are on the right position untill… I add a a href to it.
 * These blocks are images.
    so I get: [<img src=””>](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/a-href-is-adding-a-break/....?output_format=md)
   Then, suddenly WordPress decides that it will add a break above it.
 * I cannot find this break in my page-code…
 * is there any way to remove this?
 * Thanks for the help !

 * Is that because WordPress is adding a paragraph around the link that wasn’t there
   before? If so, then this is normal and helps achieve well-formed markup.
 * As it sounds like you want to override this, I recommend this plugin: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/dont-muck-my-markup/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/dont-muck-my-markup/)
