go to ato->Image Location and make sure you selected the correct image location
aslo go to ATO->Style & edit HEADER AREA and hit the save button and do the same for teh Center and Footer option pages
But them I’m the only one with the solution. What about others with the problem, wouldn’t an update correcting the error work better for them?

I have the same problem. No header, no menus.
