Hi Wendy,
Which features that were previously available do you think were moved to premium only?
tim
We were able to lookup network blocks during brute force attacks. This saved a tremendous amount of time. Now we have to leave the site to look up the network block containing the offending IP address, then return to the plugin. It’s faster to use other security plugins at this point, especially for sites that are frequently targeted.
I’m asking about it and will let you know what I find out. I can tell you that we didn’t remove any free functionality and restrict it to premium members only that I am aware of.

I found out that it was moved a little. It’s still on live traffic but you need to click “run whois” on the block you see. For example.
In this screenshot we see an IP we want to block as a network. Click the “run whois” button. (sorry, but no ability to add screenshots on wordpress.org forums)

You should see a side panel like the next images shows that includes buttons to block the network.

Unless I’m missing something (correct me if I am wrong) you shouldn’t have to leave the site and use any other tool to do this.

Thank you for the direction.
Was there anything else you thought we moved to premium only? We’re happy to help you locate the functionality you can’t find.
