  • In 2013, we decided to take a chance on Events Manager and Events Manager Pro for five of our non-profit organizations. We knew these clients relied upon fundraising events to exist. Not to mention, their Board of Directors and volunteers needed a responsive solution that would keep them informed of meetings and forthcoming events.

    Seven years later, our non-profit organizations are reporting positive feedback from users and members about the plugins. One of the organizations hosts an annual fundraiser that brings together hundreds of worldwide donors that generously give millions toward the treatment of an incurable disease for young victims. Events Manager and EM Pro worked flawlessly, and continues to do so today.

    We’ve had few issues with using the software, mainly questions about how to expand features. Their customer support is second-to-none. It’s hard to find a customer support team that will promptly respond not once, but stick to a support thread, knowing the urgency of the request.
