    But a truly outstanding “extra” that comes with this plugin is the fantastic support. I’m a real beginner at aggregation and required a bit of support — not because there’s anything difficult about the plugin but because it was new to me. I exchanged about 10 support requests with Jean and I never had to wait more than about 45 minutes for an extremely helpful response. It seems to make no difference what time I needed help, he was always there and provided me with support that went beyond almost anything I’ve experienced.

    I said I was a noobie, and that’s true for WordPress, but I got my first personal computer in 1979 (and had been computing since 1972), and I know unusual support when I get it. This support is brilliant.

    There are loads of uses for this great plugin. One thing I have done is, after adding several feeds to a “news” page on my site, contacting the owners of the sites that are all leaders in my niche, and telling them what I’ve done and explaining that anyone who clicks on one of the items will be taken directly to their site.

    The response was extremely positive and resulted in my getting linked to from those sites. Because my site is still relatively young, having those back links from highly respected sites with large readerships helps to make my site more authoritative and is already, in just a matter of a couple of days, resulting in increased traffic for me.

    I’m going to create an additional stand-alone site using this aggregator that will be a real resource for my niche.

    After about a year I gave up the site I referred to above. I’ve just recently installed it again along with two add ons and got it up and running in just a few minutes. I find that in the intervening period the company has certainly seemed to grow. The web site, which was fine, is even more informative now.

    The big thing, however, is that the support is still great, perhaps even better than it was before — and it was really good then. Besides the fact that the answers solve problems, a fine thing is that the responses come very quickly.

    Couldn’t be more pleased with the product, the add ons, and the support.

    I know this is kind of a rave review so I want to state that I have absolutely no connection to the company other than as a satisfied user.
