A good web host?

    Hi there can anyone recommend me a good web host for installing wordpress onto? I used to use streamline.net but they no longer allow wordpress so i’m looking for a web host with a range of different packages, hopefully offering .co.uk usernames! Thanks!

    I’ve been using BlueHost for a couple of years now to host my WP sites and they have been great. No host is perfect, though. I’ve seen complaints about all the hosting companies I’d considered, BlueHost included. But BlueHost has been worlds ahead of the hosting co. I used before them. They can host anything, but they don’t register .co.uk domains.

    I just switched to Host Monster and they’ve been great. You can auto install wordpress and everything. My friend who I code for has Blue Host and it works just as good for WP but I find that the server is a little more… slow? But either one would be fine for wordpress.

    If you want a free host, I reccommend xtreemhost.com
