 * I’m looking for a plugin that shows all comments underneath the post instead 
   of the comments being displayed on a different page. I didn’t know if it could
   be this easy just by finding a plugin or if this themes CSS to get this to work.

 * You need AJAXed comments, maybe something [like this plugin](http://ajaxedwp.com/#awp::).
 * With AJAX comments, generally the comments wouldn’t show on the posts by default,
   but you could choose to load the comments for a post right there on the same 
   page without reloading the page.
 * This is a better way to do it then just loading the comments for each post on
   every page. Think about how slow and cumbersome that would be on a page with 
   ten posts, each of the posts with dozens of comments!
