    Hi there Brainstorm Force,

    First, thank you for all the SUPER cool products: ConvertPlus and All in One Addons for Beaver Builder. You guys are awesome! Love the Before After Slider too.

    Then I saw your WP Freshdesk plugin. Wow. Very excited because not much exists in WP world for Freshdesk. So I want to share a suggestion for your PRO version that I think will echo the hearts of webmasters all over the world! I’m serious.

    Specifically, we want our clients to log into THEIR WordPress websites (no OURS) and on their WP Dashboard, see their FreshDesk tickets. So I envision a plugin I can install in each of my client’s websites making this possible.

    Trust me, if you add *THAT* functionality, you would have an even bigger hit on your hands. Webmasters (good ones) already customize their client’s dashboard to show things like Google Analytics, how much time they left each month on maintenance plans, etc. Giving them to see their TICKETS there would be phenomenal.

    Please pass on the appropriate decision-mamkers and I am forever in your debt.
