 * I used ShopSocket for my shop’s monthly product launch last weekend, and I’m 
   obsessed. The real-time data was the best part. I could watch activity as it 
   happened instead of piecing it together from reports afterward.
 * The cart view was the real surprise. Seeing which products were sitting in carts
   showed me what people were racing to buy while the launch was still going. That
   told me more about what my customers actually want than any after-the-fact analytics
   could.
 * If you’re a small shop planning a launch/drop/sale, install this first. I can’t
   imagine doing another launch without it.
