    I have this theme running on several sites and no one else has reported any issues.

    Can you explain what exactly is not working for you?

    I rather spend money on Envato directory themes than having to listen to this back and forth. I’m surprised you would work so hard to SEO your website as a solution to free directories, call me crazy but I feel you owe it to the community to offer better themes and customer interactions.

    you keep saying that it doesn’t work, but you didn’t say what was not working.

    In the mean time I provided links to working websites.

    To provide better customer interactions, we must be given a chance… you didn’t give us any.

    Hopefully the moderators will delete this because it is as unfair as it gets.

    The public facing downloadable themes did not work for us. I will change it to 2 stars because I’m opting out of this thread.

    . I’m not looking to smear you or attack you, I just wanted to use your Theme – and it doesn’t work.

    I’m sorry, but if you just want to use the theme, you’d ask for support if you find any problem. You went directly for the 1 star review and after several replies you still haven’t said what’s not working.

    In my last reply I asked again:

    How do you expect us to assist?

    I need to opt out of continuing this – it’s not beneficial to my end goals.

    Hello, I believe it was a user flow issue, the workflow available was a bit confusing for me. Throwing you to 4 stars as there appear to be a few steps nested that I completely missed or did not see. I bet I will figure this out on my own, let me keep at it.

    1. Don’t get personal here, OK? It’s perfectly fine to review a theme. Even if it should be a support topic.
    2. I’ve archived a few of the posts here. Holding up other reviews has nothing to do with anything here and a “deleted” post.
    3. Don’t use signature. Those get removed when found too.

    Hopefully the moderators will delete this because it is as unfair as it gets.

    That isn’t how reviews work here and that’s not a reason to delete a review. The reviews here are feedback. Author’s can and do reply. Or not, that’s an option too.

    These are not Letter E Bay, this is not Famous Online Book Seller, etc. No one here needs a perfect review score and no one should use these reviews for sales.

    I’m leaving this review open for now but if it gets unpleasant I may close it.

    The user flow was a little confusing, my bad. Thanks for the input on forum rules – didn’t realize that.

    It’s a tag you can add to a topic to catch a moderator’s attention: https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/

    Someone involved in this topic keeps adding it, which is why there are two (and now three, I guess) moderators involved in it. It’s unnecessary because we each handle the topics we’re involved in, it’s just causing “noise” for the other moderators now who at the very least keep having to stop by to remove the tag.

    So, whoever is adding the modlook tag, please stop. You don’t need to get a moderator’s attention, you already had a moderator’s attention, and now you have the attention of three moderators.

    I’m still getting used to this, thanks for all the extra explanation. This is the first time I’ve done feedback and seen a reaction. Sorry for causing problems.
