a Few issues

Hi there, I recently purchased the SnapTube theme and they make use of your plugin. So I guess you could say that the plugin I am using is a premium plugin?
1) I cannot for the love of man create more than 10 video categories. Is this a plugin issue or theme related?
2) When uploading videos I cannot find them even after the system showed “successful upload” in the green bar. It does show the thumbnail under recently uploaded, however when you click to view I just get a blank player and no video.
3) I resorted to the Amazon S3 Bucket, but this time when uploading I get a red bar saying “Unknown Error”. I checked and entered all the right credentials. But, Googling etc gives you absolutely no explanation (neither the support docs) on how to correctly set up Bucket with this plugin.
So I am unsure if it was done incorrectly…4) My last issue is that when uploading videos I cannot see a progress bar… Im afraid that once users upload videos (and all my other problems are orted) they will abort the upload beforehand simply due to a lack of information provided during the process. Is this lack of a progress bar “standard” in this plugin or is there a issue with mine?
Please help me with this… I am desperate!
