    Sorry to hear that.

    Looking back through past contacts, you raised the expiration issue and I replied immediately, but you never responded after that: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/just-noticed-expires?replies=2

    Can you try my suggestion in there? Without a cron job, the expirations will never fire.

    For the second issue, have you tried the email verification plugin to confirm that emails are being sent by your server? We outline things to check out here: http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/problems-with-email-and-awpcp/ The same steps apply to BD in this case.

    If you find that emails are indeed going out, but never received, that’s a server delivery issue and one outside of BD’s control. You can try using SMTP delivery for the email (a setting under Directory Admin->Manage Options, Email tab) and see if that helps.

    Emails go out and even I have received emails. I can manually send myself the renewal link and I do indeed get it. However, the automatics did not fire.

    Another hiccup, when doing a export to be able to quickly see the expiration dates of the 124 listings we have, that is the only column that is totally blank! I checked a few listings and they do still have expiration dates.
