A few errors

I’m a complete newbie – are there any books or step by step video series for using wordpress?? I’m at a loss sometimes.

I have the Simple Catch theme version 2.3

I see this error on my dashboard:
Warning! WP Super Cache caching broken! The script advanced-cache.php could not load wp-cache-phase1.php.

Please edit /home/rewbie/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php and make sure the path to /home/rewbie/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase1.php is correct.

If there is a fix, do you have a layman’s edition? 🙂

Also – many of my changes don’t happen right away, is this normal?

Some of my ad links are showing up different sizes even though they are the same size. Is there a trick for that?

Lastly – how much does it usually cost to pay someone to do the initial set up of a blog?
