• I have relied upon the previous version of this plugin heavily and it has allowed for a tremendous amount of customization. However, the new updated plugin is horrible, in the following ways: (1) It no longer shows on all pages that the older version did. (2) It only shows me one-third of the pages on my site so the two-thirds of my site is left out. (3) It is oversimplified. I have over 200 pages on my website. They took away the search function. the complaints here are on a simple 20 page website. (4) Other controls removed. (5) I am now looking for a different plugin. This plugin went from a favorite to a liability. Very poor decision making around this plugin. I am done with it.

I did not see any support threads from you. How come?

    To clarify on your points:

    1.
The most recent major UI update was released over 3 months ago, but it did not change the way sidebars are displayed on your site. You can still display sidebars on every single page very efficiently.

    2 and 3.
In the sidebar editor, you will automatically see the first 20 pages in alphabetical order. If you want to see more, just type a keyword. This can also be read in the FAQ.

    4.
    What controls have been removed?

    5.
You are of course entitled to your opinion, but your claims about the plugin not working are not true, and as the (only) developer of this plugin, I am honestly dissappointed in this review.

If you want to give it another try one day, do not hesitate to open a support thread here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/content-aware-sidebars
