 * After installed the wptouch, and I tried to do the settings.
    Then it came up
   with this problem: Fatal error: Call to undefined function compat_get_plugin_url()
   in D:\wwwroot\cznd\Web\wp-content\plugins\wptouch\wptouch.php on line 190
 * I hope anyone can help me to solve this problem
