At least read the release posts/change log before posting. The gallery has to be enabled if the theme does not do it for you; https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Enabling-product-gallery-features-(zoom,-swipe,-lightbox)-in-3.0.0

@don Pixel did you solve it yet? The post I linked to above shows what you need to do for custom themes. If it’s a WC theme, see if the author has put out a compatible update yet – the gallery just needs to be enabled.
