    Hey ,

    i m making this site http://www.shillyak.com and when i put the link on google i get this message :
    A description for this result is not available because of this site’s robots.txt

    the content of my robot.txt is only that : User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-admin/
    Disallow: /wp-includes/

    this site is supposing to be a woocommerce site and a blog in the same time,
    i know nothing about that if someone could help me here ,,,

    IF your site was on the ‘net with a blocking robots.txt and google saw it before you make it a non-blocking robots.txt, it may take 4 – 10 days before google checks it again. Meantime, you can try a “fetch as google” in google webmaster tools to kickstart things.

    hey, thanks for your answer,

    but the thing is that since i registered my website in the webmaster tool i didnt touch to the robot.txt at all , so if google decided that there was a problem before why it should change now ?
    i mean how my site could have been with a blocking robot txt if i didnt touch to this file before ?

    (and it is cause of this robot staff that even if i get users on my website, the analytic tool says 0 users ??)

    Did you have “discourage search engines” checked (under settings->reading) at any time?

    oh ok, yes i did it by mistake i guess, so im supposing to wait how many days again ? its like that from the 1 october now ….
