I have realized that any negative impression about the Amelia plugin arises from a lack of knowledge in running and setting up the plugin. I had issues with the plugin when I first had it installed thinking it is the plugin’s lack or imperfection. I thought it was simple and clear and there is nothing else I could have done to fix the issue. Once I contacted the support (Isadora), she has been guiding me through every step in the plugin to correct my setting. It turned out that I was confused and misunderstood the setting. What topped my experience is that I asked her if she can update the plugin for me so I won’t have to hire someone to do that for me. Shockingly with no questions asked, she replied to me informing me that she has updated the plugin. The customer support they have provided has won my loyalty to this company and to that plugin. I am looking forward to seeing more plugins and more updates to improve the functionality and the features of all their plugins.
