Elementor Addon Elements version 1.11.2 conflicts with some other plugins, update result – a critical error occurred on the site. It is unknown which plugin or widget is causing the conflict. For many years of work with this plugin I have come across such a situation for the first time.

Hi @lutikovanton

Can you confirm the PHP version of your server. There is a conflict with PHP version 7.2 or lower. We are working on it and an update will be available within an hour.

Yes, I thought it was a problem, the second plugin doesn’t want to work on PHP 7.2.24
However, I do not have access to the server, only to the admin panel of the site, I cannot change PHP myself.

I have already downloaded it, but I cannot, the site is blocked, and there is no access to the server to remove the plugin and install the old version.

It will be difficult in that case. We have pushed an update with the fix.
Once you get the FTP access, just delete the existing folder of our plugin and then do a fresh install from WP Repo
