    hello,

    Would love to know how to lower the main navigational menu at the top of the page. I don’t want less black just for the logo and navi to be further apart from each other.

    Also, could you guys check my site to make sure that everything is working correctly. My conversion rate is very low and I am getting lots of traffic.

    Criticism welcome as well as any tips on how to improve the site.

    Try this in your custom css. Alter the 12 value to your taste.

    #site-navigation {margin-top:12px}

    The site looks and works well for me. Its not slow, but consider a cache plugin to speed it up:

    Consider updating the copyright date in the footer.

    The low conversion rate may be down to price competition from local shops.

    Thanks! I guess it is working ok as I did get an order last night.. I guess i just need to be more patient and work on my seo more.

    Btw, my order confirmation email was not enabled when the sale came in. Is there a way to resend to the customer? I don’t see an option under emails.

    Hello,

    1. You can reset your order status by marking order as processing.
    2. Than you will have option to mark it again as complete, which will send confirmation email.
